Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at TriCrest Homes, you will lead teams on multi-million dollar projects, focusing on luxury homes with intricate designs and high-quality standards. This role demands precision and expertise in managing complex projects with tight tolerances and a high degree of finish.

Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Lead construction projects involving high-end, custom homes valued between $6M and $10M. Ensure all aspects of the projects are executed with precision, adhering to set budgets and timelines.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication to ensure all parties are aligned.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize BuilderTrend platform extensively to track project progress, manage budgets, and streamline communication.
• Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, conducting rigorous inspections and coordinating adjustments as necessary throughout the construction process.
• Budget Management: Develop and control project budgets including bids, estimates, and final costs. Efficiently manage resources to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Direct and support project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages top performance and adherence to industry-best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in luxury home construction or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on superior outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Skills:
• Expertise in high-end residential construction techniques and standards.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and BuilderTrend or similar project management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
